Convex would like to congratulate Ashley Berrysmith of New Zealand Fresh Cuts - winner of the 2007 Ernst & Young NZ Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
Ashley helped Convex Plastics pioneer the use of breathable packaging to extend the shelf life of fresh cut produce, and is very deserving of this honour.
